What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy takes you back to the basics - a properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole food diet. Food fuels every organ and process in our bodies. So what we eat matters. Our bodies want to be in balance, but the environment we live in and the food we eat throws us out of whack. Nutritional Therapy combines education and individual assessment to empower you to discern which foods and supplements will help balance your body so that you can feel your best.

What can a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) do for me?

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. As an NTP I will help you wade through all the conflicting and overwhelming nutritional advice and information to find what works best for your body.

We are all individuals. I will work with you to create a unique nutritional therapy plan that meets your bio-individual needs.

I know how it feels to be frustrated by all the nutritional advice out there, just trying to figure out what to do to feel better. Before I discovered Nutritional Therapy I was confused about which foods I should and shouldn’t be eating and which supplements I should be taking. Should I eat low-carb? Should I be supplementing with magnesium? Is celery juice really going to solve all my problems? Does my gut need to be repaired? Nutritional Therapy eliminates that frustration because we look at your unique needs.

Through a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), food and mood journal, and Functional Clinical Assessment, we will pinpoint exactly what your body needs so that you can find balance and feel great!
