The 21-Day Sugar Detox is exactly that - 21 days. And when the detox is over I will coach you through how to reintroduce some of the foods that you have eliminated for those three weeks. It is a great opportunity for you to discover how your body responds to common allergens. Then you can decide for yourself which foods you want to include in your diet, and which ones just aren’t worth it.
That sounds hard. What if I can’t make it?
That’s where I come in. I am a 21-Day Sugar Detox Certified Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I am specifically trained to help you navigate this program, and I have completed the 21DSD myself so I know what it’s like and what to expect. You will receive ongoing support before, during, and after your detox. We will start working together before your detox even begins so that you can be totally prepared, from getting your pantry ready to knowing what to expect as the detox unfolds. I will give you encouragement and will be able to answer questions and help you navigate through any challenges that come your way.
Is the 21DSD challenging? Sure. I’d be lying if I said it weren’t. We live in a world that is saturated by sugar and processed food. When you do a 21DSD you are going against our cultural norms. You are working through your own long-developed habits. But you can do this. You are capable of doing hard things. And you’ve done things much harder than this. The 21-Day Sugar Detox is a confidence-builder too. When you complete your detox you will feel a huge burst of confidence, knowing that you persevered and accomplished this goal. And at the end of the three weeks I and you fellow detoxers will be here to celebrate with you!
