A healthy baby begins with healthy parents.

But our modern world, filled with toxins, stress, and processed food, compromises the health of many hopeful couples, sometimes in ways they are unaware of. But parents-to-be can undo some of the damage caused by our modern lifestyle and lay a foundation for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

The Feed Your Fertile Body and Feed Your Pregnant Body programs support hopeful parents through fertility and pregnancy with nutrition and lifestyle changes so that they can proactively prepare for their baby - in the most natural way.

Nutrition is a foundation of optimal health, and the importance of a healthy diet cannot be emphasized enough when it comes to pregnancy.  These programs focus on strengthening fertility in both men and women who are preparing to become parents, and for pregnant women who want to optimize their health.

Before you are pregnant is the best time to begin preparing your body to build a new person.

Indigenous cultures have practiced preconception preparation for thousands of years by feeding the engaged couple a special nutrient dense diet for many months prior to their wedding ceremony. Tap into this ancient wisdom and learn how specially prepared nutrient dense foods support your health and fertility.

Feed Your Fertile Body is a 6-week course designed to prepare moms and couples for conception. The program focuses on strengthening fertility in both men and women who are preparing to become parents, and is definitely suitable for same-sex couples and solo parents. You will learn about nutrient-dense, fertility-supporting foods and about lifestyle and environmental factors that can affect your health and fertility.  Eating nutrient-dense food and reducing exposures to environmental toxins are crucial if you are experiencing infertility or multiple miscarriages. The Feed Your Fertile Body program provides you with the tools and knowledge to make powerful changes in manageable, weekly chunks.

What to expect from the Feed Your Fertile Body Course

Feed Your Fertile Body is a home study course. You will receive the participant workbook, and the bonus materials including resources on home and body care, information on GMOs, fertility-supporting food chart, meal-planning templates, a cookbook, and more!

We will schedule a weekly video conference call to go over the material and to answer any questions that come up for you.

After completing the program you will know:

  • Which fats will help build and balance hormones, and which bad fats can promote infertility

  • How to minimize inflammation, which is highly devastating to your reproductive system

  • The roles of adrenal and thyroid function in fertility and miscarriages

  • How food allergies and intolerances cause inflammation in the body and how to identify if you have any

  • How to prevent and manage acid reflux before, during, and after pregnancy

  • The importance of a balanced gut microbiota (good & bad bacteria)
