My biggest challenge before the detox was a feeling that I lacked self control. It turns out I didn’t lack self control, I just didn’t have ideas and insight for how to actually live/function fully with a healthy nutrition plan. Being intentional in such a positive environment really built my confidence.
I was surprised at the little insights and the hidden sugars I learned about. I really thought I knew where carbs & sugars were hiding, so it was interesting to see it all better.
I’m so glad I did the detox. I'm going to do it again. Next time, I think I’ll be starting from a more motivated place because I enjoyed the sense of self-care and encouragement. I didn’t expect to enjoy the detox . . . but I really did. It was cool.

Before the 21-Day Sugar Detox I was dealing with terrible midday slumps in energy, weight gain, acne, and sugar cravings. But I discovered that I can live without sugar! Who knew? I don’t crave the things I used to and can see a healthier lifestyle as attainable, instead of impossible.
During the detox I was surprised that I developed clearer, brighter skin and lost 7 pounds with no exercise or extra effort! I have so much more energy than I did before. I feel lighter, less boated, and overall better in my body.
